Ultra-low Resistance Laser Trimmer
The Ultra-low Resistance Laser Trimmer focuses the laser beam down to the micron level and scans across the resistor surface, melting and vaporizing the resistive paste layer to form grooves of a defined depth. This process changes the conductive cross-sectional area or conductive length of the resistor.
As a key piece of equipment in ultra-low resistance resistor production, the Ultra-low Resistance Laser Trimmer is applied to the laser trimming of various types of ultra-low resistance resistors, including ceramic, PCB, lead frame, and single-piece resistors.
