Single Chip-resistor Tester
The Single Chip-resistor Tester consists of a 4T probe, standard multimeter, XYZ automatic positioning system, and vision system. It is designed for automatic positioning and resistance measurement of chip thin-film resistors, thick-film resistors, ultra-low resistance thick-film resistors, and ultra-low resistance alloy resistors.
As a key piece of equipment in the chip resistor production process, it is mainly applied for:
First inspection before laser trimming
Re-measurement or final inspection after laser trimming
Resistance value testing after resistor printing in the printing process

Adjustable Probes Compatible with Multiple Sizes
The 4T probe is electrically adjustable, with lateral spacing that can be tuned to accommodate multiple resistor sizes from 0201 to 2512. For ultra-small 01005 resistors, a fixed-spacing probe card is used.

Wide Resistance Measurement Range with Multiple External Instruments
Supports connection with external instruments such as RM series (e.g., RM3545) and AE series (e.g., AE162), enabling resistance measurements from ultra-low resistance (0.1 mΩ – 1 Ω), standard resistance (1 Ω – 10 MΩ), to ultra-high resistance (10 MΩ – 100 MΩ).

PR Vision Mark Recognition for Automatic Alignment
Equipped with PR vision recognition to identify Mark points (circle, square, diamond, etc.) on the left, right, top, or bottom of the substrate. This enables automatic angle correction of the substrate, ensuring repeatable precision of measurement points and accurate resistance testing.
