TCR Tester
The high-temperature testing machine (also known as a TCR tester) uses 2T or 4T probes to measure the resistance of resistors at room temperature. The resistor substrates on the platform are then heated to a set value (e.g., 125 ℃), and resistance values are measured again under high-temperature conditions. By comparing resistance values before and after heating, along with the temperature difference, the Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR) can be calculated. The equipment also supports laser cutting of abnormal resistors detected before or after heating.
