High Voltage Resistor Tester
The High Voltage Resistor Tester uses 2T or 4T probes to contact both ends of a resistor and applies a specified voltage to test its withstand voltage characteristics. The equipment also supports resistance measurement before and after voltage application, as well as laser cutting of abnormal resistors detected during the process.
As a key piece of equipment in chip resistor manufacturing, the high-voltage testing machine is used to test the withstand voltage characteristics of each resistor on a substrate, both before and after laser trimming.
