Intelligent Welding Head
The Intelligent Welding Head is a high-power galvo welding head independently developed by JPT, equipped with high-precision motors and advanced optical components, capable of handling up to 8 kW power. The galvo is internally integrated with multiple alarm functions for real-time monitoring, ensuring safe operation. In addition, it is compatible with JPT’s core laser welding modules, including the Power Monitoring & Compensation Module, OCT Penetration Depth Detection Module, and WPD In-Process Monitoring Module, providing comprehensive quality assurance throughout the welding process.
