JPT's Module Inspection machines are able to do Comprehensive VCSEL Module Testing and Comprehensive LED-PD Integrated Module Testing. Both VCSEL module testing and LED-PD module testing is high-speed, multifunctional, and high-precision.

The Comprehensive VCSEL Module Testing equipments feature Incredibly high speed(5s / module), and is robust for a wide temperature range(-5℃- 60℃). It could complete Integrated comprehensive test: LIV, NF, FF, temporal response, 2DBC reading. Its NIST traceable high accuracy test is non-escape, non-overkill, auto loading & unloading, and easy upgrade to include more tests. The Application Prospect of VCSEL Module Testing includes Face ID, 3D Recording, recognition, sensing, OCT, display, datacom, internet of things, etc.

The features of our Comprehensive LED-PD Integrated Module Testing equipments are 2700 DUT / Hour Ultra-high speed, Integrated comprehensive testing(dark current , PD sensitivity LED wavelength and power, 2DBC reading). It could complete NIST traceable high accuracy test, which is non-escape, non-overkill, auto loading & unloading, and easy upgrade to include more tests.
