Requirements

Major: Optical engineering, applied physics, optical information science and technology and other optical related majors;
Have or soon to obtain a Ph.D degree, under 35 years old
Familiar with the principle of laser, the structure and design of fiber laser and fiber amplifier
Possess solid knowledge background and strong R&D capabilities, the expertise direction is required to be consistent with the company's postdoctoral research projects, and relevant research output are preferred
Teamwork oriented, strong organization and coordination skills

Talent incentive policy

Settling in Longhua District, Shenzhen, talents will be given RMB 60,000 as Housing & Living subsidies (including RMB 30,000 from Shenzhen government and RMB 30,000 from Longhua district government).

The postdoctoral researchers will be supported RMB 560,000 as Living subsidies (including RMB 360,000 from Shenzhen government and RMB 200,000 from Longhua district government), RMB 48,000 as research funding for key research projects at the municipal level or above, and RMB 40,000 as academic research subsidies.

Finishing postdoctoral program and settling in Longhua District, Shenzhen, talents will be given RMB 600,000 as research funding (including RMB 300,000 from Shenzhen government and RMB 300,000 from Longhua district government), RMB 200,000 as living subsidies ( for those who are not certified as Longhua District high-level talents ), RMB 100,000 as research output transformation award.

The talents are eligible to apply for the Shenzhen Reserve Talent Program if they finished postdoctoral training and have worked over 3 years in Longhua District, Shenzhen, or won Chinese postdoctoral research funding. The certified talents will be given RMB 2,400,000 as rewards subsidies if they settle in Longhua district, Shenzhen (including RMB 1,600,000 from Shenzhen government and RMB 800,000 from Longhua district government).

Fresh graduates who settle in Shenzhen with a Ph.D degree from the top 500 universities in the world will be given RMB 80,000 as employment support subsidies .Young talents with a taxable salary of RMB 150,000 to 1,000,000 in the previous year will be given RMB 10,000 to 100,000 as talent salary rewards.

Settling in Longhua District, Shenzhen, talents will be given RMB 60,000 as Housing & Living subsidies (including RMB 30,000 from Shenzhen government and RMB 30,000 from Longhua district government).

博士后出站继续在职工作，可享受深圳市有关规定的待遇：有30万元科研启动经费（等同于生活补助，免税）；同时龙华人才政策给予20万安家补贴

具备相应条件的可以申请深圳市高层次认定人才（可申请160—300万以上住房补贴，免税）；

通过深圳市高层次人才认定，龙华区人才政策给予64—300万人才奖励补贴；

龙华区重点企业优秀青年人才集聚工程：世界大学前500强毕业的全日制博士学位的人才，签订三年及以上劳动（聘用）合同、连续缴纳社保12个月及以上则一次性给予学费和就业补贴8万元；

生活支持计划：给予人才津贴20万元
